The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, setting the perfect tone for our anniversary staycation. the valet parking made our arrival seamless, and the welcome drink was a nice touch after a long journey. We loved the private bathroom with its designer toiletries - a touch of luxury that made a difference. the location of the hotel, just 2.9 km from the Ford Center at the Star, was ideal for exploring the area. We enjoyed a delicious American breakfast at the Copper & Steel Table, where we indulged in a variety of dishes to start our day off right. the outdoor swimming pool and shared lounge were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration, and we even made time to relax at the sun terrace. Overall, our experience at the Hyatt Regency Frisco-Dallas was exceptional. the impeccable service, convenient amenities, and prime location made it a memorable stay. We'll definitely be making this our go-to hotel whenever we're in town. Thank you, Hyatt, for a wonderful experience!
